Our Approach: How we work

ပန်းပျိုးလက်ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းသည် အောက်ပါနည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည်။
PPLF implements its activities through the following approaches:

• ရှေးဦးအရွယ်ကလေးသူငယ်ပြုစုပျိုးထောင်ရေးနှင့် ဖွံဖြိုးရေးဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့် လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း နည်းလမ်းဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်သည်။
  Collaboration with organizations: We work with individuals who are interested in early childhood care and development by partnering with relevant organizations.
• ရှေးဦးအရွယ်ကလေးသူငယ်ပြုစုပျိုးထောင်ရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများကို မိမိတို့အဖွဲ့အစည်း ကိုယ်တိုင်မှလည်း တိုက်ရိုက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်လုပ်ဆောင်သည့်နည်းလမ်းဖြင့်လည်း လုပ်ဆောင်သည်။
  Direct implementation: We directly carry out activities related to early childhood education and development through community based ECCD project.
• ဤသို့လုပ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် လူထု၏ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် ပိုင်ရှင်စိတ်ဓာတ်ကို အခြေပြုလျက်ရေရှည်တည်တံ့မည့် နည်းလမ်းများကို အသုံးပြုလျက်လုပ်ဆောင်သည်။
  Community participation and ownership: We utilize sustainable methods that involve the active participation and ownership of the community.
• ရှေးဦးအရွယ်ကလေးသူငယ်ပြုစုပျိုးထောင်ရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် လိုအပ်သောနည်းပညာများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသည့်နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့်လည်းလုပ်ဆောင်သည်။
  Skill development: We also focus on providing the necessary skills for early childhood care and development activities.
